Virtual Team Meeting

How It Works

Successful marketing doesn't happen overnight; it takes hard work. More importantly, you need to know what aspects to focus on to make your company's marketing effective.

We concentrate on the small details in marketing that can make a significant difference, often overlooked by most individuals and companies.

The primary objective of each group is to consistently enhance your shredding business's marketing strategies with industry-specific tactics.

Each group will convene for 60 minutes every month via Zoom.

Comprising 10-15 shredding owners and executives from across the country, each group ensures that local competitors will not be included.

The atmosphere for each group meeting will be comfortable, reliable, and trusting.

All Zoom meetings will be recorded, allowing you to revisit and review any missed details for your benefit.

The sessions will be facilitated by Jim Dowse, your marketing coach, boasting 39+ years of experience in marketing shredding and record storage companies.

Format

Jim will present on the month's marketing topic and provide tips. The presentation will include both narrative and visual elements, with Jim formatting all information for easy comprehension. Following the presentation, we will engage in a discussion and Q&A session. Real-time feedback is encouraged, allowing participants to share thoughts and opinions.

You will gain insights into:

  1. The specific marketing items we are emphasizing in that group meeting.

  2. The importance of these items.

  3. How they impact the marketing of your company.

  4. The benefits resulting from these changes.

  5. Step-by-step processes to implement the recommendations.

It’s the little things

The little thing that can make a big difference with marketing your business

Many businesses think that they need to do BIG things to make a BIG difference when marketing their company.

But when focusing on the big things you often forget about the little things, and it’s the little things that can have the biggest impact, and create a more consistent growth in sales.

A Little Thing Example:

“KEYS”

How many keys do you have on your key ring or hanging on a key rack that you have no idea what the keys are for, and there is little chance that you will ever figure out their purpose?

Now, consider your scheduled shredding customers to whom you provide collection consoles and bins. Some of them request keys for these containers, just in case they have a large volume of paper to deposit or need to retrieve mistakenly placed documents. So, you provide them with a key.

If that key ends up in a drawer with others, its use may be forgotten. The small action that makes a big difference is putting it on a key ring with your company name. This ensures that your customer always knows the key's purpose and who handles their shredding.

It's a simple gesture but has a significant impact!
